Grants are awarded by the Council twice a year (January and June), and are available to Clubs, Organisations and Groups which are operating and administered within the Queensferry Community Council catchment area, Queensferry, Pentre and Sandycroft

If your organisation falls into this group please submit an On-line Application Form by clicking on the highlighted link. This form can also be printed and posted, if preferred, to the Clerk.

The closing dates for the applications are:-

            31st May for the June Meeting and 31st December for the January Meeting

Only one successful application will be considered per year from any single group (i.e should your group be successful at the January meeting, you will not be considered for a further grant until the following January)

If you fail to obtain a Grant in January you can make a further application in June

The list of successful applicants will appear on this page following the Council's decision

Copies of recent accounts must be presented to the Council, from all successful applicants, prior to the issue of the award.

The Council reserve the right to view any receipts for items purchased with Grant Aid.
